Return Policy

1. Right to return

You may return a VART statuette within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.

2. Conditions

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, with all tags, certificates and protective packaging intact. Custom and individual orders are non-returnable.

3. How to return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@vart.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refund

After we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or defective items

If the statuette arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
