Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email at info@vart.shop before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Return Conditions
After notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the item within 14 calendar days.
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, the item must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories, certificates, tags and protective materials.
If the value of the item has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, the refund may be reduced in accordance with applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications, custom-made products, or personalised items.
4. How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us at info@vart.shop, stating your order number.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
The refund will be processed no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We will also reimburse the cost of the standard delivery option paid at the time of purchase. Any additional charges for express or premium shipping are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include photographs of both the item and its packaging.
After reviewing your request, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs where required by applicable law.
7. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not limit or affect your statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union and your country of residence.
